Tell me about your show Torch and why people should come and see it?
Torch is for anyone who has ever hid in the toilets on a shit night out wishing they were getting off with someone instead. It's about the performativity of being a young woman today. People who like a one woman show/gig with heart and lungs should definitely come.
Which performers have inspired you & how?
Bryony Kimmings, Shit Theatre, and Louise Orwin - because they make art that is based around a blend of research and personal experience and make it dirty, messy and truthful.
I often say choosing a favourite gin is like choosing between my children (which is why I don't have any) - What's your desert island gin & why?
Plymouth Gin - they have a great bar in Plymouth and some banging cocktails.
I have many different favourite bars depending on the occasion. What's your favourite for:
A. A Dry Martini & Date Night?
B. A Red Snapper (Gin Bloody Mary) & Brunch? C. Gin & a party?
Why Edfringe? What's the best bits?
Because it's massive and feels like a family at the same time, and Edinburgh is a stunning city - and nothing matches up to the exhilaration of putting your work out there to a host of new audiences and having the chance to see work by a load of artists you love new and old.
How did you get into performing?
Year 6 - Bugsy Malone - I wanted Tallulah but got Blousy...it didn't deter me.
What do you love most about performing?
That it makes you heart race.
And the worst bits?
That it makes your heart race.

What advice do you have for aspiring Edfringe Performers ?
Find some money, and your USP.
If you were a gin or a gin cocktail which would you be and why?
Gin and tonic with a wedge of cucumber.

Having to pack all the layers...
